House Rules
- Firearms & weapons are not permitted.
- Valid, government-issued, photo IDs are required.
- No unregistered guests allowed. The number of guests you have booked is the number of guests who will be permitted on the property. Please do not bring extra guests without prior permission. Extra guest fee $50/guest/per night for each extra guest, only if allowed.
- This is a no-smoking property. Smoking & vaping are not allowed.
- Note: This is Not a Party House. Events & family get-togethers are not permitted, such as prom night, quinceañera, bridal party.
- Washer/Dryer, if provided, one load (cycle) per day. (Electric dryers run up the electric bill. Trying to keep bills low so we can continue to offer laundry & low nightly rates).
- For a lost or stolen parking tag, the guest will pay the replacement cost. City of Galveston charges $500 for replacement (not kidding).
- No jumping, dancing, climbing on balconies & handrails(They aren’t designed for those activities).
- Shoes required in front yard & backyard( we routinely clean but still rocks, shells, nails & screws can hurt & just wat you to be safe).
- Guest are responsible for damages arising from the WIFI /Internet usage(i.e. Copywrite violations). WIFI is throttled sites, i.e., pornography, illegal downloads of copyrighted material, P2P etc etc are restricted.
- Property has exterior surveillance cameras.
- To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information, and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
